Cupressus lusitanica
Cerro El Pital, El Salvador.
I have seen growing Cupressus lusitanica as a natural tree only in Cerro El Pital, in Chalatenango Department.
The natural forests are found above 2000 m. to 2500 m, approximately, getting almost to the top of the mountain at 2730 m.
Cerro El Pital is the highest mountain in El Salvador.
