| These 10 seeds, collected in Fall 2005, were sowed on the 16 May 2006
in individual tubes a few millimeter below the surface. They were kept moist. They were kept outside in a protected place allowing temperature variations.
Coldest temperature was one or two degrees below 0°Celsius for a short time. Medium: acidic compost. | |
| Germination | ||
| The 2 first germinations were noticed on the 6 March 2007. Althought the Winter was quite mild, the highest temperature was not above 18°C. and during the last month the temperatures were mainly around 10°C. | |
| Seedlings | ||

| The seedlings spent their first Winter under a frost free cold frame.
Growth is resuming after some warm days in February! 28 February 2008. | |
